I brought two of these chandeliers. They arrived promptly and were well packaged, but unfortunately some of the crystals were chipped, and there were some missing.I emailed the seller straight away, as instructed in the event of any problems.I got a quick response, with an apology and a promise of replacements being sent to me.They were good to their word, and sent me out exactly what I needed.My husband put up the base plates, and I then fitted the crystals. Each chandelier took about an hour and a half to fit them all, and it was so worth the time. They look amazing! We tried them with the nine bulbs suggested, but it was so bright, only six were needed. The photos really don't do these justice, they are absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for beautiful lights.

This chandelier is exactly what I wanted for my living room, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add a touch of elegance to their home!Installation took about two hours, which is reasonable for a fixture of this complexity. While the instructions were not completely accurate and didn’t align with the actual assembly process, I managed to adjust as needed and was very satisfied with the final result. A bit of patience goes a long way, and the chandelier's beauty is well worth the effort.

Beautiful crystal chandelier. A little fiddling to put all crystals on, but so worth it. We love it. Very well wrapped and protected. However, some crystals were chipped and some of the longer length crystals missing. Nice curtesy letter with light saying, if any problems contact seller. I did this explaining and identified chipped and missing parts, prompt reply apologising and assured they would replace them and within 10 days, the replacements arrived. Highly recommended. Quality product.Not the easiest to fit. We bought 2 and it took us an easy 4 hrs but worth it.Very impressed with the final look and thought they looked more expensive than what we paid.One crystal was broken and the supplier sent us x2 . Can't say fairer than that!Quite a big statement piece in a room.

The light bulb holder is faulty. Made a builder to make this but it was faulty product the builder was £50 and now I want a refund and I want my builder money aswell
