No, this is a product for diesel fuel in cold weather.

Whats the ratio if mixing when filling up a pick up?

64oz jug is said to be good for 300 gallons of fuel. I believe that comes out to 1oz. per 5 gallons. If you truck has a 20 gallon tank, it would seem that 4 oz per tank full would be correct. If the tank is different in capacity on the truck, you have to adjust accordingly.

Probably a Dumb question.... How much out of a 2qt bottle "64 oz" would you use on a 99 Cummins or such?

I use 8 oz per 20 gallons at 0 degrees plus and 16 oz per 20 gallons below 0 degrees and never have had a problem.

Can Lucas anti gel be added to a outside 275 gallon heating oil tank?

It’s good for diesel fuel only . I don’t think it will help if you are using oil.
