In 6 months, went from 17 (deficient) to 50.4 (normal). Consumed evening right after dinner, about 0.5ml to 0.75ml. serving size is 1 ml (5000iu)

Slight orange flavor. I can only absorb Vitamin D sublingually, and this brand is much more pleasant than my previous purchase. I will definitely buy again.

One thing I've noticed with products like this is that they have a very oily taste. This product is no different but I will admit that it's not as oily feeling as ones I've used in the past. The flavor is pretty good better than task products. This is gonna be my new go to.
