Great ink flow and connect with pen when writing. Cap does not fit well at times. Good buy from amazon. Arrived in time in a nice package

Well made. The details are precise. Writes well, flow smoothly. Only problem is the length and weight labeled are wrong. The pen is 5.4 inches in length and 4.6 inches without the cap.Weight is about 1.8oz. Too small for my big hand and comparatively light. Had to return them with the deepest sorry I can manage.

Received it as a Gift. It is a solid and very well balanced pen in my hand. I feel it more comfortable than some cross fountain pens that I have and also love. Part of the balance that has me using it more than the others is that it is wider at the part that touches the hand between the fingers, and also a little shorter that the Cross. Filling is easy, it has its own pump. And writing is a pleasure. Writing with a fountain pen requires balance, a proper holding and the right contact of the pen with the paper. With this model Faber Castel has made that all much easier.

Be careful with vendor and item description:Mine came as "new" and "pearwood dark brown" - was dark brown but not pearwood: two different models. And it came with small defects, that disqualify it from being called "new".Pen itself is great in principle - have multiple pens frrom this line already.

Received a ball point pen instead.
