Obscenely overpriced
Yeah, it works but you can download the pattern and print your own which is what I did while waiting for this to arrive. It's a 10 cent piece of plastic that you snap into one of your UV or daylight filters and leave it there. When you want to use it, you screw the filter onto your lens, focus and then remove the filter to take your star picture. Do yourself a favor and print your own (you can scale the print size) first to see if this is worth 20 bucks to you. I used a sharp Exacto knife to cut out the openings. Use heavy photo paper for best results.

Prefect for my purposes
Do a lot of astrophotography and needed this for consistent, perfect focus. An absolute must for focusing. I also purchased a cheap 58mm filter to mount it in.

Used in conjunction a light pollution filter
Allows me to ensure that my focus on my camera for astrophotography is spot on.

Works like a champ and a real bargain
I tried this last night on a lens with a focal length of 450mm (full frame equivalent). Using it is simple and focusing is really quick and as accurate as you can get. This is a quick and simple way to improve your astrophotography.

Exactly what I needed
This mask made it much easier to get a sharp focus with my camera lens.

I mean it's a mask.
It's a well made mask but with such a small focal range can't really make out the spikes.
