Q: Mine lose time do you have to wind it

Ive had the watch for a week and a few days now if not two weeks and I find that the automatic winder in the back does not turn so easily as other automatic movements I've seen in the past, this making it very hard for the automatic movement to actually wind up the machine specially if you just got the watch. So, you must wind it by hand by unscrewing the crown all the way and turn it clockwise, do this for about 5 mins, don't worry you can't over wind it plus Everytime you do it your only turn it about 35percent of the way and take your time while turning it no rush. Once you do this you will see an improvement. Anyways REMEMBER Automatic movement aren't exact , some of them come better adjusted than others, my Grand Diver 3049 gains a lot of time, so you may just have one that loses time. My Pro Diver 8926 it is so accurate that I would put it to the test with the most expensive of watches. This 18160 I just got it is accurate but I notice it loses a few seconds then it gains a few seconds I'm talking 2 - 4 fluctuaction so far. That's pretty good for an automatic specially at this price. Also getting an automatic winder will make sure your time piece it's fully charged while you sleep.
