Very soft and flexible. Wraps all the way around my knee. Be sure to put a cloth between it and your skin. I got this one because my doctor used the same one on my knee. Stays cold for about a half hour. If you need it to be fastened, you will have to wrap it with a luggage strap or something like my doctor did. It says neck contour, but the flexibility, weight, and shape will kind of mold to your body and are perfect for just about any place you hurt. Make sure to get the polyurethane instead of the vinyl. It is worth the extra few dollars.

This is a great product. I was training for a marathon and bought a couple of these after my physical therapist used one on my knee. I loved how it was wonderfully chilled, but still remained soft and flexible. This model is supposed to be for the neck, but the shape and size are great for knees as well. It's well made and can easily be stashed in the freezer. After long runs, I can just drop one in a pillowcase, roll it up, wrap my knee, and relax for a while.

Best ice pack ever! We use this brand at my physical therapy office that I work at and it has lasted us for years! Years! They have never punctured or torn. The flexibility is very useful for wrapping around knees or necks. It gets so cold that we just wrap a pillow case around it still feels super cold. It is definitely worth the price because of its durability and efficiency.PHYSICAL THERAPIST RECOMMENDED!

Absolutely love this! Helps so much with discomfort of my herniated disc in my neck. Not sure why but it does tend to have a very slight odor from freezer (yes I've cleaned freezer and ice pac) but not so much that it bothers me. Recommend to anyone who has pain in neck and gets relief from ice.

I bought this for my husband when he broke his ankle. It’s large and soft so it was great to wrap around his lower leg. Stays cold for quite a while. Very easy to mold into the position you need. A great ice pack to keep on hand.

We have been using this product for the last five years. It is very similar to the ice packs they use during physical therapy we have a range of small medium and large pads they seem to be a lot colder and stakeholder for a longer period of time and then just the average ice pack plus you don’t have a leaking of water from the Ziploc bags the molds to the specific area the small one that is indicated for the neck and shoulders are used on my hip for the bursitis for my husband‘s recovery from shoulder surgery and now are using it for recovery from a laparoscopic abdominal surgery highly recommend this product

I have been using these cold packs, and other products by this manufacturer, for over 15 years, ever since my physio therapist explained to me why she uses them in her medical practice. These last longer than their competition, and I think they might even hold their cold longer, too. I have tried a few others; the lighter blue packs work, too, and cost a bit less, but they don't seem to hold up as well as the darker ones. But eventually, all these cold packs will spring a leak, and will have to be tossed -- especially if you continue to put any weight on them. Overall, I rate these highly, and would recommend them. They're certainly worth trying for your sore neck, back, knee, etc.
