This keyboard has a convenient on off switch for the colors (depending on who I am meeting with and how professional I need to be, it’s easy to hide the neon.) The keys are quieter than my issued keyboard, which my office neighbors appreciate.

I used to have Logitech Wireless mouse and keyboard. But it became extremely annoying when the signal was not consistent. So, I thought I should go back to the USB mouse and keyboard for quick response devices. I like something with backlight LED and I came across this product on amazon. There are numerous out there, but this one has the best price as I could find within a short span of time, 30 minutes.The keyboard has 5 levels of LED brightness and two modes of lighting: stayed-on and breathing. For the level of brightness, press and hold the sun-like key at the lower right corner and press Page-Up or Page-Down to go through the 5 levels of brightness. To switch between two modes of lighting, press and hold the Function key and press the sun-like key to toggle between the two modes. To turn off/on the LED backlight, press the sun-like key. The build of the keyboard is fine. I'm not using it for playing games so I don't know how it would work in a gaming environment. But for typing job, it does great. It is pretty quiet and responsive. I have never typed a button twice a letter. My keyboard does have a problem with the Enter key, though. It's kind of stuck and if I hit it with the same torque I use to type other keys during typing, it will not go down. I have to hit it again with higher torque ;) ... but I can live with that. All other functions that you would need, such as volume adjustment, playing music, check email, home button, calculator, and so on are just the matter of pressing the Function key with the F(s) keys. The seller claims that you can take off the keycaps to clean the keyboards. I have not tried it because I don't want to break mine.The mouse has seven LED light colors. You cannot change between these. It changes itself. There are six buttons on the mouse: left-click, right-click, the scrolling wheel, a button-on-the -fly to change the DPI (dots per inch) between 1200/1600/2400/3200 values, and two buttons on the left side of the mouse (I use these two buttons mostly to go back or forward when I browsing the websites). The mouse is OPTICAL, not laser. It is probably because they really mean this mouse for playing games. The Mouse is not thick and is quite small. If you have a big hand, you may not like it.The worst thing about this product is the manual. It is the most terrible manual I have ever seen. It just tells you the specs numbers and what the Function key does when being use with F1, F2, F3 and so on.I would buy this product again and would recommend this product.

I bought this keyboard/mouse combo exclusively for night typing. The keyboard is plenty bright when left in non-blink mode (for the black of the actual word) and makes it easy to the keys. Breathing mode is cool and can can used better during the day or as the sun sets (for those like me who look at keys as they type) but if you don't need to look then it is perfect. The keys have quite a hit of travel and is not quite like a mechanical keyboard but somewhat like on in that it has some tactil rebound to each stroke. The caveat I find is that when typing fast due to the long key travel distance, if you don't hit the keys directly from the top then you may experience key travel issues. The keyboard is laid out for plenty of space and some keys will. Some of my most often used keys have become loose after a few months, so keep that in mind, but none have completely detached as of yet. All in all, I'd say it's a good keyboard for the price.

My 12 year old son loved it! The colors are awesome and it worked with his PlayStation and a computer monitor which is what he was looking for. Great deal and has been working well the first 2 months.
