Shocking service start to end
The item was dumped outside my house by the courier, I was in and they didn’t ring the doorbell. £120 left in the road! Took ages to arrive. When opened the item was damaged, contacted Amazon who wanted me to return it but the item is too large to get in my car, they were no help. I also contacted the supplier to ask for help and they refused and said I had to deal with Amazon. I wouldn’t recommend buying this product, it’s poor quality and the customer service is even worse!

Had to buy more panels as the first lot I bought off amazon were not enough and the retailer had discontinued them, these were same size and material and said white ? When they were put up against the ones that were already up they were very pale grey..... Was to late to return had had them 2mth before fitting so dissapointed that I have 2 different whites up, done again by buying online, won't be doing it ever again! Go to shops and see with own eyes is the only way to go..........
