Just got it but so far really good
Quality very good, solid, heavy, nice rubber like texture. Fits perfectly on neck but great for specific areas in my back. I even used it for my hand I have some ligament and muscle damage from a power saw accident. Vibration only which is ok because it's very effective, three modes the high mode is insane and not really needed most of the time. I also used in car for my back and neck and it was great. I still will use a larger rolling massage pad for serious back/ neck pain but I suspect this will be used the most because it can be used on very specific areas.

Fabulous muscle relaxation!
I’ve been dealing with serious spine issues for many years and have tried lots of the gimmicks that are supposed to help with the pain and muscle tightness that comes with sciatica. Not too many of those things have truly been helpful. But this is the real deal! The peanut is perfectly shaped to surround the spine and vibrate the muscles of the lower back at varying speeds (I happen to like the strongest possible but my husband prefers the gentler cycle). It runs for ten minutes then shuts off. While tempting to use it continuously it really feels fabulous when it ends and you can always repeat a session if it didn’t quite relax everything. So glad I gave it a try after other gadget disappointments. This one is well worth the reasonable price for such a heavy duty piece of equipment. Simply sit in a comfy chair and place it where you need relief then turn it on and rest.Highly recommended.

Better than expected
I don't use it for my feet. It works so well on my other aches.

My Goodness
I hesitated on this because I felt the price was high, but I am so glad I bought it. It is much more powerful than I expected, which is a good thing. I have had near-constant upper back and neck pain for several years, which contributes significantly to chronic migraine. I am able to position this under my rib cage on the bed and slowly inch down until it is near my neck. Even without the vibration, this provides significant trigger-point stimulation to the areas under my shoulder blades for much more relief than I wa able to achieve with a trigger-point cane. I prefer the lowest setting for the vibration—it’s surprisingly strong even at the lowest setting. I haven’t used it on legs or other muscle groups but for the back, it’s really effective and I have already gotten some headache relief after just a few uses on the upper back. Sturdy, powerful, and a great device well worth the cost.

Good Value
It works well for the intended use. Apparently I can't say anymore than that without violating some community guideline. This one has lasted much longer than the last one. I’m really liking it.

Great design and functionality
Quiet operation, sturdy and well designed, with four vibrating modes. I have found multiple uses for the device, primarily to relax my thigh muscles before bed, as I have Restless Leg Syndrome which often prevents me from falling asleep. I am not an athlete but like how it massages both sides of a muscle group due to the "peanut" design. Also useful for foot and neck massage. I have been very impressed with this device, and as a bonus, it's small and light enough to take travelling or chuck in your gym bag.

Very powerful
I bought this to help my plantar fasciitis but instead it made it worse. Very strong vibration.

Fibro therapy
Before the pandemic, I was living from massage to massage and using two tennis balls in a sock to hit my worst spots in between massages. Around the beginning of the pandemic I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, so at least I knew why I was having so much pain - but I also wasn’t doing massages anymore. The first time I ordered a selection of self-massage devices from Amazon, I didn’t find anything that I liked better than two tennis balls in a sock. The second time around, a few months ago, I ordered this massage peanut by Zyllion. WAY better than two tennis balls in a sock! The ridges (which I haven’t seen on any other similar device) are the key. I don’t know about “massaging fingers” like the marketing blurb says, but they definitely do… something. They are stronger and more targeted than a smooth surface, without making me scream the way anything bumpy or spiky does when it hits those tender points. (Fibro folks, YOU understand.) Almost as important, the ridges keep the peanut from rolling out of place when I put it under a tricky spot, like high on the neck. I usually use this peanut without turning it on, for an hour or more at a time. I turn on the power when I hit a spot that’s 7 pain or more - the movement distracts me from the pain and helps me push past it. The only thing I wish for with this device is that it came in more colors. Now my mom has one and my daughter wants one, and it would be nice if it was easier to tell them apart. My mom and I both got orange - black might be more classy, but it also seems less practical since it’s hard to spot when it gets mixed up in a blanket or whatever.
