Great leak protection.
They are great for large capacity. Mine have not leaked at all. Not very fond of the tabs.They hold tight. They are just a bit difficult to line up, and get "comfortable" when putting them on.I imagine if I had my wife put them on for me, it might be a different review, but that's not happening. Already awkward enough that I have to wear them at all.They were same day delivery. I needed them. And they do the job. Waiting for my other ones to show up. They were a fast solution.Definitely keep them around. They do hold a lot! For the money, and how fast I got them, I really don't have any major complaint.

These diapers are comfortable and Awesome and work well!
I'm completely incontinent. This is by far one of the best diapers I've worn, and it's budget friendly. Often times you have to pay a lot of money for the good diapers and it could add up quick. But these are amazing and they don't drain your bank account. I highly recommend them if you need something good and you're on a budget.

Sizing is wrong
I wear size 40-42" trousers and therefore ordered the FitRight OptiFit Ultra Adult Briefs in "medium" size per the Medline description but the "medium" size is much too tight. Returned and ordered the "large size".

Absolute waste of money, terrible product!
Absolutely terrible purchase! They don’t fit properly, even though I measured myself and bought the correct size according to their chart, the second that you move after putting the tapes on they break, which is useless. They are more expensive than the other overnight pads, so I thought I was paying for the best and I certainly wasn’t whatever you do stay away from this product. It is terrible. They don’t fit properly. The tape does not hold. They don’t fit snuggly across your legs and your backside to hold anything in. I actually have to have that a regular depends on to make sure that I feel covered enough to go to sleep. I’m not going.
