Resinous
The smell of this product is a good Iris. It is inferior to that found in high end perfumes but it is nonetheless a genuine and natural Iris smell; resinous, powdery, lightly floral.Two things of note:1. Shipping was altogether too expensive. I know it did not cost £10 to post that little vial.2. The consistency of the oil is very thick & syrupy. In order for it to drip from the bottle you must heat it up. Best way to go about this is leaving it in a small glass filled with hot water for several minutes, enough time to heat the oil through.All in all the product is as described so I am pleased, my only gripe is with shipping.
