Couldn't recommend these enough
These helped me give up smoking, if you can withstand the awful taste for the first few goes you do actually get used to it and it becomes a joy to use. After being on these for a while I switched to normal airwaves chewing gum and quit altogether. The only downside is that they are really expensive and at one point I was going through them so fast they cost me more than buying actual cigarettes however I no longer smoke so it turned out to be a good investment in the end,
