Unbelievable color intensity and gorgeous hue plus no flavor unlike green spirulina which has an unappealing flavor.You only need a tiny amount so this bag is going to last a long time. I used this when working on recipe development for a hot sauce that someone wanted to be as natural as possible, yet not necessarily natural in color. Small amount goes a long way, but very easy to modify. No taste or scent present.

My daughter loved her Frozen cake and I loved that it was naturally colored blue! My family didn't seem to notice that the frosting tasted a little off but I couldn't eat it alone as the flavor was very bitter and had an almost seaweed-like aftertaste. Once put on the chocolate cake and eaten all together I enjoyed it so I will definitely use again if the need arises! Also, other reviews mention it but the bag is very small! I didn't use much for the 1/2 batch of frosting I colored so I will probably have this one bag for a long time so I don't mind the high price tag on exchange for but using conventional food coloring.

The color is intense and the powder is so fine you may end up wondering why you see blue when you next blow your nose *lol* Good quality and will order again. I’ve had it in a small amount of kombucha or water kefir as well as added it to a chocolate flavored collagen powder in water with no issues!

First and foremost - i feel like you are paying way too much money for a very small bag of this. Could just be my opinion but i don’t see this bag being worth the price.Overall - the blue color is fun to add to smoothies and other foods and it is REALLY blue. You will definitely give the blue effect to whatever you add it to and the taste is neutral and no where near the green spirulina grassy taste. The health benefits are great and the blue spirulina makes it much easier to enjoy since the taste is not as awful.

This is a very small bag but it really got the job done as an organic food color. I really cannot express how pleased I am with this product in spite of its size. I just wish you got more for the price.

The color is stunning. Absolutely no flavor- can mix with anything. Like adding a rainbow to your drink, water, tea, yogurt, smoothies....the list goes on! A little goes a looong way. Fast shipping.
