Before buying this, I had read in one of the reviews that the shelves were actually to be placed with the "border" down. That was not such a problem for me because I was mainly wanting it to store a pile of books (in which case the border would not be of that much help). Read on for the review.Delivery & Packaging:This product got delivered on time, but within a minute of delivery, another delivery guy came up and mentioned that the product had been cancelled and he needed to take it back. I showed him the order tracking, and he then confirmed with the DC (distribution center) that the product was recalled back and would be delivered afresh. The next day, I again received the message that the product would be delivered, but it was not delivered. It was finally delivered 2 days after the first delivery.The packaging looked like it was opened up and shabbily sealed with tape again. After opening the package, the inner contents which were supposed to be packed in smaller plastic covers were all strewn throughout the box. A wrench that was supposed to supplied with the product was also missing. Apparently, it looked like a case where it had been purchased by someone and then retured. Too bad that Amazon.in could not re-package it nicely again.I wanted to return it, but I did really want to use the product. So I decided to assemble it, and return it if it didn't work out.Assembly:The product came with fixed legs, which can be removed and replaced with the wheels provided. This is good because if one wanted the self to be unmovable, the legs could be used instead of the wheels.The plastic sleeves which are supposed to hold the shelves do not fully close around the legs. Also, the manual mentions that the shelves are supposed to be placed on the sleeves. However, if I did that for the bottom most shelf, the whole trolley becomes unstable. To overcome that, I finally used the bottom shelf upside down. That way, the shelf was able to go completely over the sleeves and get a tight grip for the bottom shelf. I was able to place the rest of the shelves with the "border" on the top side.The assembly itself should not take more than 10 to 15 minutes, but I feel because of the sleeves not closing completely, it took me much longer. I think this could be a manufacturing defect.Overall utility:So far, I have been able to use it for the purpose I needed (keep large quantities of books). The wheels are smooth, and moving the trolley is a breeze. I am a bit skeptical on the amount of load it can take (mentioned load in the manual is 68 kg when in motion, and 100 kg when it is stationary). Its stability is also questionable for me due to the assembly issues I had. I will know that in due course.So far, it looks good and serves my purpose quite well.Update (August 2019): The shelf sleeves were looking a bit unstable. So, finally decided to fit all the shelves with their "border rim" down. This resulted in the shelves fitting around the sleeves. It is now looking sturdy. Note that the product image (zoomed) in the product description shows the shelves fitted with the border rim down.Update (August 2020): It's been one year since I have been using this. It is absolutely as good as new. Nothing to regret other than the price. Just a reminder: please assemble it correctly.

Packing was adequate not to damage the several pieces in the box. It is better to see the video on youtube before assembly. Assembly is very easy once you know how to do. Once assembled it is sturdy and look wise also good. Only thing i found which needs improvement is the wheel design. Even in locked condition there is movement due to slipping on tile flooring. So i removed the wheels and fixed the rubber bush that was also available in the packaging. Overall product is worth the money

I ordered this with an intended use for stacking potted plants. The fit and finish are so good, that I will order at least one more as it can be used for several other purposes like suitcases, tools and other heavy items that clutter floor space.All components included were very well packed. The assembly instructions and maximum load per shelf are included in a printed booklet. When positioning the plastic connectors on the vertical supports, make sure there is a snug fit before you lower the shelves. The notch on the round holes of each shelf must face downwards and the printed “top” on each plastic connector must face upwards. The figure in the instructions with a cross and tick mark means you need to check and ensure correct position. Last tip before I close, avoid positioning any shelf on the joint of two vertical bars. I had ordered a five shelf stand which has two vertical bars to be assembled together. To increase the load bearing capacity one can replace castors with the leveling screws that are included.

The metal rack is easy to assemble or re-assemble and adjust;Perfect fit; Can hold many items; The one with wheel is easy to move, however its better to keep on static screws instead of wheels unless the rack is meant to be moved often. The grills could have been a bit better. Always safer to hook to wall if heavier items are being placed on the rack.
