The media could not be loaded. comfortable even in small spaces like an apartment, relatively narrow. Took it to the park as well for an outdoor workout on grass.

I hang it up in the workout room. The curling up at the edge makes it difficult to lay the mat flat.

It is a good mat for ground work. However, I purchased four last year for my Body Solid storage unit- they hang on the apparatus to keep the floor tidy. I ordered additional ones since the original were not originally packaged well and had glue and unsightly marks- I didn’t send them back originally as they were in their package waiting for the home gym to be constructed . They new ones that came, the eyelets are an inch off and do not match up with the Body Solid storage unit. Super unhappy with all purchased!!!!

These are a nice home gym mat option. At 3/8” thick and 71” long they work well for me as a 6ft guy using them on a concrete garage floor. The bottom has nice non-stick surface which works well. These aren’t as high quality foam as some gym ones like SPRI I have used but they should last.

It’s too lightweight and as a result hard to lay flat. Will have to ‘train’ it to stay that way. I found it it be somewhat slippery because of how lightweight it was.... looking for a different mat for my at home workouts.
