Q: Does it adhere to all surfaces? If not, which?

If applied thick enough to polypropylene (or other 'sheet protectors'), once it dries it can be peeled off like a skin, and later re-applied down with fluid matte medium to a canvas surface. Will work on heavy paper, canvas, painting panel, canvas panel, primed metal, etc. It will grab and hold to anything that has texture. Never tried it on glass, but assuming it can be peeled off when dry.

Q: does it still have a reflective effect if mixed with acrylic color?

I usually put it on top without mixing with acrylics

Q: Can this be use on a Apple Watch screen?

no! it is glass beads in gel. it will ruin your screen. it is strictly for use on canvas or mixed media projects/art.

They are small enough to create the texture of a beach.
