This rice cooker is Amazing the box was pretty torn up was discoraging and was a concerning ,the rice cooker also had a dent on the side of the pan but nothing that will prevent it from the use of it but overall it is wonderful rice cooked.

Broken inner lid after one day used. The rivet which centering bolted inner lid came off due to poor material.

Well engineered and well built. Thick Teflon coating on the removable inner pot. Has a removable catch under the hinge to catch any water that might drip from the lid when you open it. Highly recommended.

No matter what we do regarding measurements, rice comes out with a burned layer. Now we have to time 15 minutes when we start it so we can shut it off and keep it on warm for about 5 min. idiotic design where you have to unplug when you're done and plug it back up when you need to use it, in a restaurant that can be a pain. Honestly I think it is way overpriced for all its flaws.
