Using this for upper body development alongside weights. It's easily adjustable and really gives a good workout. Folds up and clips closed it takes up no room and is easy to pick up and put down when the mood takes you. It's robust and feels well made I recommend this for anyone wishing to build upper body strength.

Came very quick to say I'm not even prime, really impressed with that.Build quality is really good, absolutely solid and sturdy.It's a great size (as shown in the pic) which means I can position it however I want. There's no instructions so I just pretend I'm doing an exercise with a dumbbell and replicate the movement, works perfect! I trained shoulders and traps with my weights then used this after to completely destroy my muscles and Wow! Honestly didn't expect it to work half as well as it does, this isn't a gimmick!I can do it on full tension which realistically is number 22 as it goes just past the 20 mark. I did it once then my arms and shoulders were so destroyed that it wouldn't let me do half of another one 🤣amazing. I'm not too worried about outgrowing it as it really is strong and most positions I'm doing I'm mainly using number 12/13. I am stronger than your average person though so don't worry that it will be too easy, it won't.Very happy and I thought it was just going to be a gimmick tbh but it's a legit tool that I'm going to use at the end of every workout now to get muscles to complete failure. Its strange because this is now essential to me and iv had it 2 days.... YouTube has a few videos on how to train each muscle but you ideally need to picture the exercise you need with dumbbells and just make sure your arms go in that direction.Hope this helps.

I have been using this machine for the last three weeks … I have just started training and this in my opinion is a serious machine and will build your body quickly .. you can gradually adjust the tension on it which is great as your not making a massive leap up to the next number .Don’t do what I did and increase the sets to quickly as you will find that deep heat will become your best friend lol.Take your time and respect this machine and you will get noticeable results in a short space of time .

Got the hydraulic arm torsion fitness machine for some general arm and chest exercises which i can do at home and wanted something that would not take up a lot of space , it is very sturdy and easy to use even when seated . it has a dial which you can adjust for more or less torsion but have been using it on number 5 and 6 which gives me personally a good workout for my chest and arms , it also comes with a couple of clips to hold the arms together and makes it more compact .

1.5 year of use, and now oil is leaking severely at each use, dripping on the floor and decreasing resistance. Not a great quality.

This worked really well and I was very happy with it, however, I have had to tighten a couple of screws already which is not great, but it is now starting to leak oil. Not sure how much longer this will function now and not practical to have oil leaking all over you when sitting doing a workout. Will have to send back for a replacement or refund.
