I am suffering from back issues and have been desperately looking for something other than or in addition to prescription medicine to help. This spray works for aches on the skin and for shallow areas underneath. It is cold when sprayed and it mildly deadens the area sprayed. It will take a few minutes to dry and about 15 minutes before the full effect kicks in. That doesn't sound like much but it is so helpful when you need to cover large areas like your entire back. It appears to work better than the similarly purposed ointments and I have no idea why that would be the case. It has not stained any clothes but if it comes into contact with any porous surface before it completely dries, it will penetrate. I have had a very hard time finding this spray in local stores so Amazon has become my go-to supplier.

It seems to work quite well
I like the smell, not medicinal, the cooling effect is a big help and it works really well. I would have loved to give this product a strong 5 star rating but I can't. I ended up having to call for outside help to get the lid off so I could use it. I'm pretty sure that's a little overkill for someone who has arthritis and a senior citizen whose hands aren't so strong. My daughter came over and She got it off, but with some difficulty. The effects of the spray feels so good and does work well. If I don't count the difficulty getting it open, I could have given it a 5 but the inconvenience in getting it open lowers the value for the dollar.

Does not work very long. .
The spray goes on irregularly and runs very badly. Gets all over the clothes and takes forever to dry, consequently making my clothes wet and soaks up in clothing. Not a good deal for the money. Has to be applied numerous times in the day.
