Great vitamin

I've tried a few different brands but this brand seems fresher and gives more energy than others. I take it a described on the bottle and an extra one if I'm looking for the energy to stay up late.

With my husband having high blood pressure a bit more often than either of us were comfortable with, and my blood pressure, while not excessively high, it was higher almost all of the time we checked it. Mom, at 85 when she started with this product was on daily meds for high blood pressure, with the doctor recommending another to lower bp. Since my husband's and my bp dropped to very acceptable levels within 2 weeks of taking 1,000mg 2x a day, she wanted to try it. It's helped her lower her bp meds and the doctor is satisfied with her progress. It MUST be taken consistently to see results. Some people I know take 5000mg one to two times a day. Start low and work up, but also consistently test your bp. NEVER ignore repeated signs of high bp. Try natural remedies if at all possible, but get Rx so you don't endanger your health if you need to. Thankfully, this is working well for us. Mid-to late 60's in age.

Easy to swallow and no aftertaste,not only that but after someone told me that it helps reduce your cholesterol I started to take it,it has been 4 months and my energy level is good ,my cholesterol went down,i like this brand and I highly recommend it.

This product has an unpleasant odor that actually makes it difficult to take.It also does not seem to be helping me and I AM taking it despite the fact that it's so unpleasant!
