This carrier AC is a good buy. However the installation wasn't tht great. The product is a bit noisy. But then window acs wl definitely b a little noisy. Cooling efficiency is good. Remote control no light is a major drawback. Unless u learn to memorise button functions, it is difficult to operate at night. Giving 5 star rating for the product nd 3 star for installation

Performance is awesome, value for money, look is super cool, Service is best same day installation, for energy efficiency there is e-saving, auto mode for both fan and thermostat,temperature I think it will hanlde at the best, it can cool even by 27c easily.

Gift it to your enemy to make their lives miserable.**Installation**Had a pathetic installation where they quoted me a different amount and charged a different amount.I paid 3400 for installation. This was a simple installation with only two wooden pieces and drilling into the window frame required. Carrier washed their hands off saying we only connect you with technicians. Carrier is not responsible for what the technician does.ASM for Pune, Mr. Abhimanyu had assured me that he will give a call immediately after going through facts. I am still waiting even after a week.In fact, my account and feedback was deleted from the system to avoid addressing my complaint.**Noisy like a train screeching to a halt**Anyhoo, bad installation experience aside, this thing started to make such a loud noise that it has become impossible to sleep even in the next room. This is with fans running on full speed.I was surprised to learn that Carrier India is now a Chinese company with people from China as executives. Not sure if the quality has gone down because of this being a Chinese company or the pathetic culture of not prioritising customer experience resulted in them being bought out.Either way, I had purchased two ACs from Carrier before. Never again.

Nice Performance

Well packed, efficient and minimal noise in the product.. only problem is the remote.. very small remote and not at all handling friendly.. should be changed.. main product is very nice and with good aesthetic

The media could not be loaded. I have 3 star version of this window ac. It has good cooling Performance but also consumes very high units of power. Generally it takes upto 10-15 each night if used for upto 7 hours between 24-27. It's delivery was terrible as staff did not delivered it to my second floor and left it at ground floor. Noise was minimal at start but after almost a month it has started to come, I hope it doesn't increase with time. Remote has no lights for night use and no mobile app or IR app is compatible with this model. Wifi is also not available in this model. Every power cut it forgets my settings and a stabilizer is a must for this ac. I received no call for its installation and had to call carrier and Amazon for 3 days to get it installed. Service guys charged me extra more than 750 mentioned for getting it installed on metal window.

This window AC from Carrier comes with the new 2022 star ratings and the manufacturing date is of Feb 2023. So, it's a very recent unit.Cooling is very good, one can really feel it.Installation was scheduled on the very same day of delivery, however we scheduled it to the next day as per our convenience and it was done without any hassle.I don't have any complaints against the AC but against the Remote Control. This AC comes with a small remote control, has no LED display on it and the buttons are very small and are not good to use. They get stuck on being pressed and also the plastic quality of the remote is below average. Looks like carrier has imported these remotes from some cheap 3rd party provider.I am deducting one star just for the bad quality of remote. No issues with the quality of the AC or service.
