This could be an overall great product however, they decided to add other ingredients to the mix like Xanthan Gum and Color e171. I mean, c'mon. What is the point of selling a "healthy" product only to put chemicals in it?

Finally, a decent amount of hydrogen ingested in a swallowable capsule; despite recognizing that hydrogen is a great nutritional supplement, I've never been able to consistently use the pills you dissolve in water; it takes too long and I forget to watch it so I can drink it right away before the hydrogen escapes; as I drink several glasses of water a day, these are an easy addition to just swallow w/ the water. I'm glad I found these and that they found a way to make them finally in capsule form.

When it comes to supplements, I am willing to try new things that have realistic backings from science. After researching hydrogen supplements, I learned that the potential benefits would do me well, so I decided to try these hydrogen pills. After going through two full sheets of these hydrogen supplements (20 pills), I can say that I have not noticed any respective difference from when I was not using these pills.I'll speak about the pills themselves. They are a medium-sized pill that, to me, is quite easy to swallow. I have not noticed any obtrusive taste with these either, so the pills themselves seem overall easy to take. I personally enjoy how each pill is individually secured in respective sheets of 10 pills for sanitary reasons. Typically, I like when supplements have an extended expiration date; these, however, were set to expire only 3 months after I had received them. If you order these, plan to use them relatively quickly.I personally took this supplement by consuming one pill a day with water. After 20 days of taking this supplement, I must say that I do not notice much difference. I can't speak to any mental or physical benefits of using this supplement. Given its price of about $40 at the time of speaking, I have to say that I am a bit disappointed by their lack of performance. This supplement did not seem to benefit me much, and certainly not at the price tag one would pay for it - I would not recommend this supplement to many people based on lack of personal results and a high price tag.

I've been wanting to try a molecular hydrogen supplement for quite some time after reading several articles on it and True Nano H2 did not disappoint. In the box you get 6 blister packs with 10 capsules in each for a total of 60 tablets.As far as the dosage, it says to take between 1 to 2 capsules with a glass of water one to three times daily. I have only been taking 1 capsule a day with a full glass of water in the morning, and so far I am happy with the results I have experienced.I have noticed after taking these that I have an increased alertness and small boost in energy that helps me get through most of the day. I have also noticed a decrease in pain throughout the day in my left wrist from an old injury, so I think this is working on some inflammation as well.These capsules are average size, easy to swallow, and I have not experienced any side effects or any digestive issues. I guess the only negative thing I can see is that these do not have a very long shelf life, the best by date on the pack I received was March 2023

Hydrogen tablets are well proven and guaranteed to produce a 5-10 ppm or milligrams per Liter of dissolved hydrogen. There is also an exothermic (heat generating) reaction that takes place when creating molecular hydrogen. So I'm not sure it makes since to swallow these whole and let the reaction happen in your stomach as opposed to a glass.That being said, the idea here is that all of the hydrogen produced gets absorbed by your body, there is no loss into the air as the reaction takes place in your stomach. So while the rationale makes sense, I don't believe there is enough evidence at the moment supporting hydrogen-producing capsules instead of hydrogen tablets or just buying a generator.The tablets have been studied in numerous clinical trials, and you don't need more than 3-4 mg hydrogen per day anyway.So overall - it's an interesting product and I believe that it's worth consideration as a new type of hydrogen supplement, but I wouldn't recommend it over tablets until there is more research supporting this particular method of consumption.

I looked into H2 before purchasing and the manufacturer's website is very informative on the benefits of the hydrogen pills. They have a series of scholarly, peer-reviewed articles that go into detail about the health benefits of these pills.The box came with separate pill packaging which makes it great for traveling and I definitely noticed some great benefits for after-workout recovery. There are 60 pills that come in this package, and the only thing that I did not like about the pill itself was the white coloring they use: E171. This is banned in Europe but technically does not have any negative or positive prevailing side effects, but for people who are more health-conscious, they may not want to purchase knowing the coloring factor.Other than this, I did notice a different in post-workout recovery times and overall energy after taking these for around 2-weeks. They have no taste to them and I think this is a great value for your money.
