hi,you can add 2tbs of greek style yogurt and 2 tsps of massala,and rub into meat,marinate over night,the cook

We use the recipe from the book Pinch of Nom. 600g chicken, 250g fat free Greek yogurt, 4 tablespoons of tandoori spices mix, grated ginger and garlic (thumb size piece : 1-2 cloves) and juice of 1/2 lemon.

Great on chips.

This is such excellent value, they're practically giving it away. The flavour is absolutely perfect. I'm going to be using it mostly for seasoning potato wedges and chips. I only use a teaspoon of oil for 2 portions so I have to toss my chips because it doesn't stick if I just sprinkle it on but this spice mix is a game changer. You need to try it. It makes tasty tandoori chicken too.
