I like how it says something if the bolt doesn't lock all the way, so that you don't leave home thinking the door is locked when it isn't. The ability to set multiple fingerprints, codes, and fobs per user is a great function and it doesn't actually need wifi for anything except the initial setup unless you're going to be using the wireless functions, but it's more secure without it connected after setup. The original one from Amazon had to be returned because of the poor condition I received it in, but Home Depot had the same kind and that's what we installed. I didn't want to leave a bad review on a great product because of what had to be a warehouse error. Highly recommend this as a home security upgrade as long as you keep it off network access and it would even be good for rentals because extra key fobs are really cost friendly and codes can be easily reprogrammed from your phone.

Installed the Hornbill Keyless Entry Door Lock Deadbolt with set fingerprint sensor tonight and it went pretty smoothly. Perhaps because the bolt and knob that it replaced were standard and I didn't have to bore new holes. Basically placed and screwed in the new units.PROS:I like the fact that I can use the fingerprint reader, keypad, key fob and key to get in. Easy install with the bolt, door-knob and the wifi-bluetooth gateway. Phone App was also easy to set up. I also like being able to grant someone access on the fly, etc.CONS (Minus one star for this):There are no instructions about the Wifi - Bluetooth Gateway as well as the nuances with Alexa integration. It was a little screwy, because my Alexa app on the phone added the Door Lock when I was setting up the Home app, but when I asked Alexa to lock the door, it said that the Door Lock isn't responding. I viewed a couple of 3+ year-old YouTube videos and they said I had to install a TTLock Skill, turns out I didn't—I just had to go into the Alexa App and make sure to allow Voice Control with the device. Viola! "Alexa, lock the front door." Then I heard the electro-mechanical door bolt lock sound."The front door is now locked", said Alexa.

The media could not be loaded. This product was easy to install. Although when I did, I found issues where it was constantly eating through my batteries and so I reached out to their customer service and Eunice helped me right away. She quickly understood what the issue was. Her guidance and directions were super easy to understand and follow and within a few minutes I was up and running again. She explained the issue very well and the resolution and now I've got a great lock that I can remotely manage.The app rides on another Smart home app that I already use so that was nice since I waa already familiar. I can easily store passwords, fingerprints, and use either to unlock. The logs and notifications also help you identify who just opened the lock.Good product, Great customer service!

Easy install, easy programming with app.Smart lock works with Alexa as well. The temporary key code allows for someone else to temporarily enter when I’m not home if needed. I was recently hospitalized and needed someone to walk my dog and was able to let them in due to the temporary code. You can set it to a specific length of time or indefinitely. Great feature. It also has fingerprint access, fob access, code access, or via Alexa or app.

I do not recommended this product. The door lock keeps draining the battery within 1 to 2 days. There are no issues with the installation. I want to speak to the company regarding the same but the only way to reach them is by paying a support fee. There are plenty of other options to choose from.

Put this on our inside garage door and it works great. No issues. Multiple fingerprints and passcodes. Love that I can control everything from my phone.
