Helps with sleep
I give this to my younger daughter before bed because she goes through periods of horrible sleep and it does seem to help. I also like that it's basically a multivitamin.

Different color liquid in my 2nd bottle?
I ordered this from the "buy again" section, however the liquid in this one is not clear to light.. this liquid is brown! Not sure if the formula is different? Also, the first one that I ordered was "sugar free" this one doesn't mention
