Supportive, but comfortable
Wow, so impressed with this pillow. This pillow is awesome! Supportive and yet so comfortable and I only paid $19. I have slept on it for 2 nights now. Just love it. Hoping it stays awesome!I bought a different one and paid a lot more and didn't like that one at all. It was too hard.Finally found the right pillow after years of searching!

Perfect for side sleeping
As someone with neck sensitivity from a long ago car accident, this pillow is wonderful. Im used to sleeping on the flattest pillow possible to avoid neck pain and this pillow is fantastic. No neck pain in the morning.

Not a good choice
Had the pillow 4 days and they arnt “fluffing” up. I’ve have tried flipping them over through out the day and all and they won’t. If you’re looking for support 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this one unless you like pancake pillows.

Pillow for better sleep
The pillow is very soft ,but the arm part is way to small for an adult, it's almost like it's not there

I love it!!
I've been having neck pain and difficulty finding a comfortable position to put my pillow for sleeping. This pillow solved all of my problems. They were right about the odor though. It needs to be aired out.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wasn’t really a fan at the beginning. I didn’t find it comfortable but after a few tries I managed to find a way that works and now I can’t sleep without it. The cooling material is my favorite!

Still Waiting to See the Full Results
I haven’t had a chance to fully try this cervical neck pillow yet because it’s still expanding. One side looks fully expanded, but the other remains noticeably flat, which is a bit concerning. I was expecting the pillow to be more firm and evenly shaped on both sides. At this point, I’m unsure how effective it will be for neck support, but I’m giving it more time to finish expanding before making a final judgment. I’ll update my review once I’ve had a chance to actually sleep on it.

doesnt fully rise and bad smell
Why did you pick this product vs others?:it doesnt i flate fully especially in the corner as shown in the photo. their height says 4~5in but mine only rise to 3". and most importantly, i dont want to sleep smelling chemical with this pillow.
